About
Elena Arndt-Jensen started her acting career at the age of ten when she starred as the main character in three children movies directed by Charlotte Sachs-Bostrup. In 2008 she was nominated as Best Upcoming Actress at Svend Prisen. Despite her young age, Elena has worked 16 years as a professional actress in national and international productions.
Elena is half German, half Danish and speaks both languages, as well as English, fluently. She has a bachelor degree from Copenhagen Business School in Business Language & Culture and is currently finishing her master degree in Strategic Design & Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and The Royal Danish Academy.
Elena believes real life experiences are crucial in acting and often draws on her own but also uses the Meisner Technique which she was taught at the William Esper Studio in New York by William Esper himself. She finds inspiration in love, in tragedy, in every-day life, in her failures, in music, in movies, in journeys, in people and in differences.
